Throttlebot
So while editing the other day, I was sitting on a chair and my external 500gb mybook, named throttlebot, sat next to me on a table. I hit one of the connecting cables, and down came throttlebot, tumbling to the ground. As of yet, I have not been able to recover any data. In it resided all of my mographs, videos, data that can’t be replaced. Hopefully the disks are still intact.. and i guess, ultimately, my last line of defense is to send the hard drive off to a static free world where men wear white suits and hoods to work. (note image below)
*heed this warning* BACK UP EVERYTHING! It’s not a pleasant feeling.

9 months
So I recently conceived something glorious…no, not a child. For the next 9 months, I will be paying my way out of debt to pay off my new panasonic hvx200. I’ve gotten a lot of beef about this camera: it costing as much as a car, my parents owning the next 9 months of my life. But out of this camera I have conceived new ideas and possibilities for my future.
Over the past 6months-year I’ve really been pounding down on my future and trying to find something I’m passionate about. And I keep coming to the same conclusion: I simply love media/tech stuff. I really don’t know what form it will take in the future, whether working for Bryon Assembly of God or owning my own company…or both…but I honestly feel this camera is the next step towards whatever God has coming my way. So I’m super pumped to get some high quality stuff out there and start rockin’ the HVX.

So today I’m sitting at my house in NB, watching some tv and eating some delicious food for lunch, when a commercial comes on screen. (This was not out of the ordinary, since commercials typically happen about every 10 minutes.) this one was different. It involved happy children, happy, smiling people selling a product…a product i was not happy about. Not happy, nor smiling. Not one bit.
PUR Flavor Options is a new company out that has flavored water filters…it’s just frustrating that I thought of this product like 4 years ago and never did anything about it!
I could be swimming in flavored filtered water, have a flavored filtered water fountain in the front yard, cars running on flavored filtered water, and taking showers in flavor filtered water in my mansion from my flavor filtered water fortune…i could have built a flavor filtered water dynasty!

5. my girly moved out from her home of 10 years into the collingswood house
4. my hard drive failed on me
3. my best friend played this real crappy “move away to school” prank on me and won’t come home
2. played guitar hero for the first time
1. made 5 dollars and 96 cents…net (but before tax)
0. newfound desire to grow a killer mustache (see above picture)
